"I bought a 2008 kawasaki vulcan. Stan was very nice and helpful in assisting me choose the bike that would suit me the best. I had several questions about the bike(being a fairly new rider). I was always treated with a lot of respect. Getting the paperwork done for the bike was great. Everything was explained to me no matter how confused I was.lol Even the parts and service is great. They are very helpful and will explain everything. Stan again was very helpful, he didn't pressure me at all. "When buying my new 4 wheeler, I priced around. I went to Ft. Wayne, Defiance, Ottawa & Findlay. I saved $500 by buying there and they gave me more for my trade in. When I wrecked my motorcycle they were able to get me in quicker than anybody else and their estimate was cheaper. There sales staff, parts department and service are top notch. Now I'm in Iraq and I'm able to schedule my services online to save my wife the hassle. Ohio Cycleworx is the only place to shop... Next bike (as soon as I get home from Iraq), I'm not shopping around! I'm going straight to Tim Alison and his staff ! ! ! Thank you for a good experience every time!"
